The corporation, which is registered in Toronto, having offices in many countries, such as China, Malaysia, India etc., is specialized in cooperation in export of labor services, and human resources service among countries, Immigration Consultation and Service and cooperation in international education.

The company consists of a group of qualified personnel with high-level professional skills and proficiency in language, possessing an extensive information network, Electronic Commerce and programs, as well as a reserve of talented people. We have ten-year experience of HR services among countries since we have engaged in export of labor services and HR service. We have exported labors to many countries and districts in the world, involving in more than twenty industries such as construction industry, oil and chemical engineering, shipbuilding, printing, fishing in deep sea, marine products processing, marine dispatch, catering, hotel services, housekeeping, garment making, shoe making, IT, telecommunication, bank and transportation.
